Refund Policy

  1. Registrants may cancel their registration up to five days prior to the seminar for a full refund or credit. Refunds cannot be given after that date.
  2. Refunds are processed through a credit if a credit card if used for payment, or by check. If requesting a refund by check, the registrant must clearly indicate the mailing address, the recipient, and the person or agency to whom the refund check should be written.
  3. A registrant may also request a credit (rather than a refund) for a future training
  4. Full refunds or credits are provided to each registrant in the event of a training cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
